Gaurav Bhosle
Gaurav Bhosle is a coach with an excellent academic, professional and coaching pedigree who has successfully completed two major career transitions himself - a transition from software engineer at Infosys to strategy consultant at McKinsey and a transition from co-founder and leader at a successful startup to an accomplished career coach. Gaurav has had a career journey which has spanned Asia, Europe, Africa and the US, and has helped thousands shape their career journeys.
Gaurav is a passionate student of career transitions and career strategy. He started out in 2009 by guiding friends and colleagues through their career transitions. The continuous positive feedback he received and the immense satisfaction of impacting other's lives drove Gaurav, in 2014, to start a full time career coaching practice.
Gaurav works with corporate professionals and entrepreneurs to help them navigate the most critical parts of their career - the transitions. He has over 3000 hours of coaching experience and is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), various psychometric tools and coaching methodologies.
Gaurav spends the majority of his time coaching executives, but he is also passionate about early career intervention. He interacts with students and helps them make career decisions.
